Authenticity After Family Betrayal: A New Online Program for Adult Children of Infidelity

Over the past several years, I’ve heard from hundreds of adult children who are carrying the emotional aftermath of a parent’s affair. Again and again, I’ve heard the same kinds of pain:

Feeling invisible, unseen, or not chosen

Difficulty trusting family members

Boundary struggles and guilt around protecting their peace

Feeling stuck in family patterns they don’t know how to change

The chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional weight of carrying everyone else’s secrets

These are not small issues. They affect how people sleep, how they relate, how their bodies feel physically, and how safe they feel in their own lives.

And while therapy, books, and podcasts can be helpful, many people still find themselves asking: How do I actually live differently inside this family system? How do I stop abandoning myself just to keep the peace?

Those questions are why I created Authenticity After Family Betrayal: A Blueprint for Emotional Freedom

The Program

This program is designed to help adult children coping with the fallout from a parent’s affair create a relationship with their family that feels good to them, so they can shift from emotional overwhelm into emotional freedom.

Together, we’ll work on:

Stabilizing emotionally so you can feel safer and less overwhelmed

Identifying the coping patterns that have helped you manage, but may be keeping you stuck

Making sense of the family role you’ve been carrying

Rebuilding self-trust so you can listen to your own inner signals again

Learning how to set and hold realistic boundaries

Communicating clearly without overexplaining, collapsing, or blowing up

Deciding what level of contact with family feels sustainable

Creating a plan for family interaction for the future that supports your peace

This is not a generic healing course. It is a guided, practical, emotionally supportive space for people navigating family betrayal and the complicated grief that comes with it.

What transformation can you expect?

By the end of the 8 weeks, my hope is that you will feel:

More grounded and emotionally regulated

Less alone and more deeply understood

Clearer about what happened and what it has meant

More confident in your boundaries

Better equipped for hard conversations

Less likely to overfunction, overexplain, or carry the whole family system on your back

More connected to yourself, even if your family has not yet changed

In other words, this program is about helping you stop surviving in old patterns and start creating a new way of relating to yourself and your family.

When does it start?

This program will be delivered live by me over 8 weeks starting on 9/8/2026.

I’m opening enrollment first to a small group of founding members. People who want to be part of the very beginning of this work. Founding members will get the chance to experience the program live, provide feedback as we build, and be among the first to go through this guided healing process.

If you’ve been waiting for something that speaks directly to the pain of family betrayal — something that offers both the validation often missing from traditional therapy and practical tools, this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

This program is for you if:

You feel stuck in family dynamics shaped by secrecy, denial, or betrayal that is the result of a parent’s affair

You struggle with guilt when you try to set boundaries

You want to speak honestly without causing more damage or abandoning yourself

You’re tired of carrying the secret of the affair and/or the emotional load for everyone else

You want support that feels safe, specific, and grounded in the reality of your lived experience

You want more than advice, you want a concrete path forward

What I’ve learned from years of hearing from adult children is that they do not just need more information. They need relief. They need structure. They need support that helps them heal without forcing them to cut everyone off or pretend nothing happened.

That is what this program is here to offer.
